Next month, Shimmy-Disc will reissue the late Bruce Haack’s Captain Entropy, originally released in 1974.

Haack was a Canadian musician, composer and inventor who played an influential role in the early electronic music scene. At the same time he was enjoying success for his work, he was promoting electronic music via unlikely platforms like television’s The Tonight Show and Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.
