Sufjan Stevens is planning a May 19 release of his new album Reflections, featuring performances by pianists Timo Andres and Conor Hanick. The LP is Stevens’ score for a ballet by choreographer Justin Peck. You can find the release on Asthmatic Kitty Records.

Stevens is quoted in the media release: “I’m constantly thinking about bodies moving through space when I’m writing for ballet – that is what has informed this music, first and foremost.”
