Lighting and projection designer Melissa Joakim will present “a synthesis of electronic sound and light” at The Music Gallery in Toronto on June 11. She is putting together a show featuring hardware-generated electronic music, designed to trigger the light show.

Joakim is a member of the post-punk band Processor and ambient act No Colour Blue. She produces solo music under the name Saturn City.
