Samuel Rohrer brings a percussionist’s perspective to his electronic music. The result is lush and sparse, but not minimalist. He produces solo work along with a host of collaborative projects, with artists like Laurie Anderson, Oren Ambarchi, Jan Bang and Eivind Aarset. Music For Lovers is his new one, due Nov. 22 on Arjunamusic Records.
